I guess some will welcome the article. One paragraph on page 3: "'It was the most important thing ever found at Qumran: the bottom of the pool has some three tons of high-quality clay,' Peleg told the Post. 'We started to understand the site--there were no Essenes.'"
On the other hand, some among us may fail to see how clay in a cistern necessarily excludes Essenes at Qumran. And some of us may venture to suggest that the Qumran 900 or so ms remains are more significant than that clay.
