I never understood the barriers to overclocking Mac hardware hacks. A long tradition on other platforms. This year I have read of only one guy willing to take soldering iron in hand for a Mac. Puzzling. Wish I knew more about electronics, as I would be trying to win that CPU magazine monthly contest with a Mac box! Just to show it was possible. There are sites for Mac cosmetic hacks. But the communitie seems to think the default hardware cannot be taken any further. Thus; Enter the hackentosh.
