How much are you looking to spend? So far, I'm seeing you willing to put well over $400 into a Mac that's nearly 10 years old! Do you realize that for $350 or less you can buy a single processor G5 on ebay? Spending ANY money on a G3 tower is just a waste compared to buying a newer system. Your particular tower is barely even worth $20. You can often find dual 1Ghz G4s for $200 on ebay, I've bought over a dozen of them for less in the last three months. Even an Apple Refurbished Intel Core Duo Mac Mini would be $450, about what you're willing to spend on upgrades. -Donald Hall --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed Low End Mac's G3-5 List, a group for those using G3, G4, and G5 desktop Macs - with a particular focus on Power Macs.
