Sorry. I don't buy it. I know how Verizon's network works. They DO NOT reduce customer caps because they have more than one computer. EVER. There are a myriad of reasons for poor throughput, all of which have specific solutions. It just takes some effort to diagnose it. Did you get any sort of ticket number from Verizon when you called?
