My DAs and QSes are perfectly happy with 333 and 322, or any mixture  
of them.

Usually, the sticks I buy are 333, so the 322 one was an odd-ball.

The factory 512 MB sticks were 333 (QSes came with one 512 MB  
stick ... at least the QSes I own).

The one point which is a _must_ is the sticks must be low-density.

After that, a Mac will accept any stick which it can read the SPD  
device and properly map that into the DRAM controller.
