How do I check for current Firmware? 1.1.2f2? Current Mactracker says "Open Firmware" and no updates. Startup is now working, using Bruce's suggestion of using Startup Disk in System Preferences. The Sonnet Tango USB1/FW400 PCI card seemed to be working. It's the Adaptec AUA 3020A that doesn't seem to work ... not supported after 10.2. I believe that is actually meaning it doesn't work, since USB2 and/or FW protocols or whatever have been changing. I think someone has said Adaptec dropped support for Apple USB/FW awhile ago?
