He described what he DID, we agree as to what he wanted to  
accomplish, I'm not sure that the Quicksilver's will look at  
'Firewire' during a 'Start from scratch' --- 'no defined boot  
location' --- search.
I do know that the 'Start from scratch', will find and start from an  
OS9 partition in preference to an OSX
one. [Not like Wintel, where it will only look at and boot from the  
first sector of the first hard drive.]
