I guess bluetooth isn't really general wireless ... those that  
communicate through a USB connected antenna/recharging dock are more  
general type you're looking for?

Logitech's newer models where the mouse has a turnoff switch might be  
good. I've enjoyed the MX700 KB and Mouse until the recharging dock  
began overheating when the mouse was inserted. Mouse doesn't turn off  
until in the dock ... then, after that stopped working, it just  
drains my rechargeable batteries ... perhaps causing startup issues  
because it becomes a "flaky USB device attached".

Its an older model. I still like its feel ... both mouse and the KB.
