I asked him why he thought that it was the processor or mother board and this is what he said: "What else could it be? I know it isn't a hard drive issue, and I am fairly certain it isn't RAM since we have had a number of these units and had a handfull of the them have this issue....but who knows? Maybe it is an easy fix, I am just not betting on it.
