Many dealers probably have some around they would still like to dump, even for 10 Euros or less. This is stock that they either have had sitting around, or from a company that upgraded and still had these in the storage room and gave them to the dealer. If you go to the Apple store and look for Apple software, they only list 10.5.6 and 10.5.4 Server. Searching for 10.4 in the Apple store turns up no hits.
