it is not software piracy. As long as you have your backup cd. .That
machine has its 10.2 as orginal manufactured system. You may install
it whatever source you found. It is not needed licence as long as you
use 10.2. Rapidshare or other way of sharing networks is not illegal,
if they illegal all of them are closed down already. How you use them
is legal or illegal! Thats the important difference. You may call
Apple or Microsoft. If you have a OEM licensed computer you may use
same software version for reinstallation from whatever source you can
find.
