I'd stretch this "requirement" a little and say, a Dual-800 is faster than a 
single 867. Even a Dual-533 might be better for the purpose of running 
Leopard.

The real requirement for Leopard is definitely memory! I'd say 1 GB is the 
least that will make your Mac able to also "work" with it. Otherwise it's more 
of a "wait" situation...
