That's what an Apple Keyboard reports when it's running off one of the Macs USB 
ports. Apple Keyboards are NOT fully powered hubs and do not actually provide 
500mA. This has ALWAYS been an issue with USB devices plugged into the 
keyboards. They have to be very low current-drawing devices, and a camera, for 
example, with mostly discharged batteries is going to draw more current than 
allowed, hence the low power warning.
