Only with headaches. If you pick the exact hardware devices for your PC in 
advance and make sure that all the uses chips/chipsets and devices are as 
close as 100% to what is used in a Mac than it's easy.

The trouble starts if you need to get a chip working and there is no driver 
(kext) available for it.

Mac OS X is not made for standard PCs.

And: please respect the license. Apple doesn't allow installation on non-Mac 
computers.
