You mean Pre G3 Power mac's or B&W Mac G3...If I had a G4 867Mghz single or Dual...G4 is better option for Video and the upgrade can be affordable than the G3...Plus, some mac's video software going to start with the annoying pop up of "Your system don't have all the requirement's for..." for a complete list of Mac's upgrades by model...check this link...
