One other card, that worked in one of my Power Macs:

Digitus DC USB2-5

Unfortunately it is no longer available. At least I couldn't find it on the 
Digitus website.

Anyway, my point is: looking at the picture, you can even see that it has a 
NEC chip on it. Such cards are compatible with Mac OS X, even if they are not 
designated as such by the vendor.
