Not sure. Physically it should fit, the issue is it the right interface. Look in System Profiler, does the drive show up on the ATA or SATA bus? That will be your guide. The rest is just mounting bracket and connection concerns, which would be obviate by using a bare drive of some sort. The drives are mostly universal, but each computer manufacturer will attach their own connecting hardware and platform to it. See: <http://tinyurl.com/82s8tgl> The key is getting the right interface for your system and carefully disassembling your existing one to reuse the apple-supplied bracket and connector.
