I've updated the prokka package accordingly and I have also updated
other dependencies (Prokka 1.11, Barrnap 0.7, BLAST 2.2.31, HMMER 3.1b2).
Edgar, I'd like to know if the new version installs and works for you,
since I'm not using it at the moment.

I can update prokka, no problem. Just let me know when the new
