Hi Lisa, Good point. Also if the kids don't know the difference between right and wrong, and then the parents aren't doing their job of instructing their children in what is exceptable and unexceptable conduct. I certainly don't think some games are suitable for 5 year olds, and if a parent buys an unsuitable game for that age group then he/she is failing to do their parental job. I can remember a time as a kid watching all kinds of action cartoons growing up like He Man, Thunder Cats, Transformers, as well as movies like Star Wars, etc... My mom and dad were a bit concerned about the violent content I was taking in, and how I wanted action figures rather than cars, truks, and other types of toys they grew up with, and thought were for my age. Well, they were nice enough to provide the action figures, but they also took time out to explain to me that life wasn't really to be handled with fighting, killing, violence, and the tv shows were just tv. in real life you were suppose to be someone with values, and act in a different manner. One wonders why people don't seam to be teaching their children that today.
