Hi Dallas, Yes, that is true. Microsoft is generally pretty good of keeping their customer base in the know of what is changing and why, but either because of lack of funds or a desire simply not to upgrade a lot of blind gamers choose not to update knowing it years in advance. So I agree regardless of what the reason is for not updating they can't really be surprised when something like this happens. If they are surprised by all the changes in user interface then they must not be paying attention to changes in the computer tech field, or simply indifferent to what is going on around them until they have no choice but to recognize the changes are coming.
