Or you could blast  your way into that room instead of being teleported 
there. If you set a mine at the far end of the corridor from that last door 
that shocks you, that wall is shared by the room with the Cyborg. I don't 
bother with that teleporter anymore thanks to this trick. Raul actually used 
it in his audio walkthrough.
