lori, this is all just my personal opinion but here goes don't put points in both streaker and armor, that's sort of pointless because if you have armor on at all then streaker becomes completely useless don't bother buying an MP5 unless you can spare the rep, its too loud in swarms and it'll get the whole swarm following you if you go on a mission and get back, spend most of the rep on medkits, that way you can safely loot and sell the things you find if you're desperate for rep, do quests this is what I did to get back on my feet in the game, currently at 18K rep without a single death and almost all of the weapons granted I'm only at level 60, but I hope some of these will work for you too hth
