Well unfortunately the share isn't enough markit wise sinse there just
aren't too many people with disabilities, which is indeed why the scumbags
in the mainstream gaming industry haven't made games accessible in the first
place and short of a government order probably won't.
I would however urge everyone to give developers who are utterly
unresponsive to access suggestions as many bad ratings on their games as
possible. I'm only sorry you need to buy the games first sinse I would love
to give starbase orion zero stars and write a review telling everyone who
looks on the ap store what an utter git the developer is..
All the best,
dark.

I would also let those developers who refuse to even consider game
modification for the handicapped know that, not only will you not support
them, but that you will let other handicapped gamers know why you are not
supporting them. If possible, get some figures on how many handicapped
gamers this developer won't get money from to show what a loss of potential
revenue their ignorance of a market share they are blatantly refusing to
receive.

To be honest more people mailing them won't make much difference and
might even irritate them. I would recommend you try notifying them of the
work A sharp have done and the podcast made by the developer of A Dark
Room on accessibility modifications and how easy those are to add, sinse
many sighted developers believe that access in their games means a
complete redesign where for Ios at least it often can be done more
easily.
If however they have said not, odds are they won't change their minds,
indeed I'm surprised you got a reply rather than the usual simple
ignoring.
I'd recommend just changing games and supporting developers who do care
about access sinse unless it was a legal requirement some developers
just wont' do it, and your better off expending your efforts on those who
will.
I had a similar experience earlier with starbase orion, and would now
urge everyone who is interested in scifi stratogy on the Iphone to go and
buy startraders elite instead of wasting time with the scumbag who makes
starbase orion and has flat out refused to add access.
All the best,
Dark.develoeprs

Subject: [Audyssey] Emailing social point
Hi was just wondering if this list would be interested in helping me get
social point to make Monsters legends and Dragon city accessible amongst
some of their other games that they make. I downloaded both games the
other day and found out that they're somewhat accessible but you still
can't get past the beginning tutorials. I emailed them and ask them if
they would be willing to make their games accessible and they told me
that that was not a path that they were thinking about going down in the
near future so I was going to see if I could get more people to email
them. It would actually be nice to be able to play a game everybody else
on my Facebook page plays.
