I'm not sure about you, but I'd sure find it hard to play through standard on hardest difficulty without ammo problems, especially with those blasted bunkers.

As for Raul not mentioning the keys I think it was pretty much assumed you would look them up in the user's guide or in the games keyboard help menu. There are many ways to obtain the hot keys for the game so mentioning them in a walkthrough would be rather redundant.
