stealing? Yes and no. Has anyone noticed that Liam decided to drop everything after people complaining about replacement delays? That is only a way how not to show gratitude to custommers. You are right, his software is his, but is also own by those who paid to him. In this comunity I can say that I am making something, release a publick beta of a demo, say that I accept preorders, take a hundred dollars and every now and then send an email that everything will be right. So you can't accuse me as I explicitly said that I am working on my project. Or I can simply vanish (who says that this is my real name?) after I have took a few preorders. It is not a case for Liam, but I simply say what one can do here. Or to be more precise, the developers can do whatever they want! Ok, the custommers can be very meen, asking for this and that to be implemented, but just look at the stats. How many new complex and paid games were released in the last few years? What about Tom's, Phillip's and others' serious complex projects planned for years? I understand that those people have their time, work and family, but if you promiss, you can't simply say that there is no money. There will be no money if we continue this way! I am not willing to pay something before I know what I can expect. I did it once and I'll never do it again. I will not say what I paid for, but there was no demo (although the title was very atractive along with the game description), but the replay value was equal to 0. And if I have to pay 20 euros for a game that I will play once, I'll never buy anything! And yes, Charles will get angry with me like he did the last time I mentioned this when he said that I promote cracking, but in those cases the products are more exposed to cracking quite because of the developers' irresponsibility. Why shouldn't I find somewhere an iso file of Chillingham, for example? Someone's work and effort? Yes and it is very kind and nice of these people, but if you want to make something, you have to maintain it. As when one gets enough money for his or her product and leaves everything (after having frustrated the custommers with delays like Liam have done), the custommers will be less confident towards all the others who do the same work, in this case developers. I am not promoting cracking, nor do I tell people not to trust Tom, Jeremy and others, I just say how our international community reacts to the things like the one we are just wittnessing, and noone can help it!

He's not stealing anything. The software is his to begin with.

Hi super liam and judgement day they both are good games
surely liam don't want to become a super hero
liam gives me disappointment and sadness.
since I don't know about the super egg hunt so I cannot say whether it
should be abandonware or not.
but I can say that if you are not able to preduce these games release
them as freeware products.
everyone have a right to play games and you cannot steal it.
Liam sir are you listening? Thanks
Ishan

Thanks for the agreement! Very shoddy practice in my opinion. At least
Justin was decent enough to offer all his games including the unlocker
program he uses to generate the hardware specific codes. Yes it had a
price tag of it but was sure very popular to us.

I agree chrstopher.

While it is Liam's privilige to stop selling the games, it is very
scummy that nobody will ever be able to play them ever again, and will
lose him much respect in the community.

Beware the Grue!

I don't know why they can't make them as abandonware. Also what's
happening with Super Egg Hunt are they still going to offer that.
Confident they are but this wasn't mentioned here.

Hi all.
this comes from l-works.
Aparently no more superliam or judgement day anymore.
they will still honour replacement keys for judgement day and
superliam
but obviously for whatever reason they can't support the old games
anymore.
