Hi Charles,

As a matter of fact Ishan is being dealt with off list, and I suspect
won't be a serious problem for the list here on out. He is now on full
time moderated status, and I'm doing my best to filter through his
messages and reject anything even slightly rude, inflammatory, or just
in appropriate. If he continues to send in appropriate messages to the
list and I have to reject more messages than I approve that's it. He
will be terminated.

That said, I agree with you the two main problems with Ishan is he
seems very immature for his age. He says he is 18, but acts more like
what I'd expect from a 12 year old. He also comes off rude,
disrespectful, and while that may or may not be intentional it is
still in appropriate behavior. So we will see if we can turn this
around through moderation.

Cheers!
