Hi Dark, I agree that kind of individualized crew command would work for a starship game as well as for a standard ship game. Both would require specialized crewmen for things like communications, engineering, weapons, etc. However, my concern is the mechanics of such a game in terms of actual game play. I'm not sure how it would work.
