Hi Richard, There wasn't much in the way of details. All we really knew (from Tom himself) was that he was having some severe medical problems. The next thing we heard from was his (many said inaccurate and impersonal) obituary. It really was a tragedy. I didn't know Thomas very well myself, but those on the list who did may be able to tell you a little more.
