I had a hard drive crash and had not backed up my game keys. I had to pay
for new ones, but was glad to do so, because, well, whose fault was it that
I lost them? Mine, because it had been strongly suggested that I write them
down in braille or some other format that I could use to retrieve them if
just such a thing happened. I requested the new keys, and received them
within a day or so if not sooner. I have always received prompt and
courteous service from Draconis Entertainment, and whoever had the games
before, even as far back as ESP Softworks. Their high quality products,
fair pricing, and good customer service make them well worth supporting, and
I sure hope that the complainer is reading this, and I hope there are loads
more Emails along the same lines to come. Hopefully, potential customers
will also read these posts and give these demos a try, then buy what I'm
pretty sure they will like.
