Usually a readme file tells of updates to the original file, or what is 
included in a game package, rather than how to play a game.  You mention 
going into training mode or something like that to learn to use a weapon or 
to play a game, which is fine, as long as there are cues, whether visual for 
graphical games or audio feedback for games for the blind, that you can use 
to learn from.  But you should, in my opinion, never have to learn a game by 
just diving into it and getting killed because you had no idea beforehand of 
what you were supposed to do once you started playing.  Let's put it this 
way:  A high wire acrobat does not practice at a height of 40 feet with no 
safety net before learning to walk on the ground.
