Yes, I made sure to uninstall 1.0 before 1.2 was even finished downloading. However I did notice an icon on the main start menu for FC1.2, even though the USA Games folder was strangely empty. So I'm able to play the game in spite of this. So the game ust not actually be being uninstalled.
