Hi Tj unfortunately you can't run formations in Kitchen's game how ever what I would do is use the defensive play that best works for you. I was saying those different formations because when you use those plays in football in the real game they form a formation. Anyway the best thing I would is run and pass the ball at times that's what usually wears a team down. Another way is just simply running the ball as well.
