A quest generator will be included, much like the way a track editor was
included with Rail Racer, though the quest generator will be much more user
friendly.
I will have a few folks checking out submitted quests, and if they are
good enough they will be plugged into the game, this way fresh content will
continuously be added.
I want the system as open ended and modular as possible, so players can
create their own monsters and items as well, but obviously anything that is
created will have to be made official before inclusion into the game.
You will be able to play in this world sooner than you think perhaps, as I
plan on releasing the beta to subscribers as soon as it is in a playable
form, though it won't be near its finished state at that time, this way I
can get good feedback and players can enjoy the experience and help create
it at the same time.
Not sure about monthly price yet, but it will be closer to $5 than $15 for
sure.
One other tidbit, we're going to be playing in a world that is a mix of
magic and modern weaponry, so you may for instance be able to cast a spell
on your bullets, so they cause a web of netting to grow over your target
after making impact, that sort of thing.
  Stay tuned...
  Che
