ah, I see Charles.  That is unfortunate that you limit your possibilities 
that way, because you are missing out on a h e double hocky sticks of a 
game, grin.
  Rail Racer may not be in the standard mold of racing games, but the 
essence of what makes racing fun is all there in spades.
  As for myself, I try every accesible game that comes down the pipe, 
because you never know what you might find, no matter what the genre or 
setting.  For instance, I hate platform games as a rule, but I will continue 
to check out Thomas' Monty, because you never know what kind of unique 
elements it might have, what I might find as a gamer, or what might turn up 
that interests me as a developer.
  If all gamers took a more open minded attitude towards new games, 
especially ones that push the envelope of blind gaming, I think we would all 
be better off, eh?
