Hmmm, imho there are far too many stat management text games on the net already. Unless other factors could be added, like the war news, changing circumstances missions sfx and music in smugglers 3, I really don't see the need for another of these when there are already so many differently themeed stat crunching accessible internet games already.
Sim city was revolutionary at the time, because that was back before there was an internet, and such things became more common. Unless anyone's got any extra special ideas to make sim city unusually fun (and smuglers 3 has taught me that such games can be fun), I'm afraid I'd rather see concentration on genres of game currently not accessible or representative, such as real time plot based rpg or one on one beat em up.
