This is something I'd absolutely love to see myself,cutscenes and progressive missions and such, and looking at soundmud's plans for the game it seems this is an eventual goal.
You can already create maps, I believe the ability to create things like cutscenes and the criteria for missions, will be coming in in a lter version. If this is done I migh have a go at creating something myself. Beware the Grue!
