Hello Ken,
Windows Vista comes with an incomplete Visual Basic 6 runtime because
most of the files are no longer being supported by Microsoft.
Especially, the DirectX 8 libraries for VB 6. To fix this problem you
need to download and install Jim Kitchen's Winkit install from
http://www.kitchensinc.net
which will install a complete Visual Basic runtime on your system for
accessible games that still require the older libs and DirectX versions.
