Hardly constantly, most of the time I don't need to move the focus much
anyway and can use document read.
then again, it's something i'm highly used to, as i've been playing If with
Hal using similar methods sinse 2003, so these days I don't even register
that I'm in putting arrow movement commands at all, everything just works on
auto pilot, ---- the same is true of the movement commands in the smugglers
games.

iI assume this is because like most If, Eamon printes text to the bottom
of
the screen and just moves the top text up.
I myself use Hal's virtual focus rather than having the text read
automatically which can be patching and/or long winded.
I'm not sure how the Jaws curser works in console windows, (heck, I'm not
sure how the jaws curser works full stop!), ---- but maybe you should try
it.
