Actually, the technical issues are are all worked out and the web site is
back up and running again. I am going to make a public announcement of that
fact shortly, but STFC is up and ready for all to download.

At the moment you can't download it. But when they get their technical
issues sorted out you'll be able to download it from USA Games. I believe
