Well, right now the Cyclops just tries to hit you with his bare
fists. Being a giant a fist strike would be pretty devastating
coming from someone that size. Though if everyone is in favor of it
I can arm him with some sort of weapon like a large sword, battle
ax, mace, whatever instead.

My bad, I forgot about the forbidden part. While it'd be cool for
the little mini bosses to have special attacks, I guess if you're
going for straight mythology it wouldn't make a lot of sense. One
thing you could do is have the cyclops, just as an example, do
some kind of power attack. I don't know if you actually had it
wielding a weapon or if it was just using its fists, but if it has
no weapon you could always have it make a grapple attempt and if
successful, throw Angela up against a wall for large damage, or
with a club, have it draw back and swing for a power attack you'd
have to avoid. Just a suggestion.
