You can't make a game like Warcraft accessible. It's entirely all graphics and the like. Yes, there are audio components to it as well. But to make it accessible the way you're hoping, it would call for a complete redesign of the game. And sorry, but no mainstream dev will want to do this. Like ever.
PS: Warcraft? A RPG? No. Try hack and slash. There's no roleplaying involved...
