I'm level 8 at the second, so stil in Lasler, but I'd like to complete some
quests before I leave rather than just slaughter my way to lvl 10.
Right now, I'm trying to find some pixi dust to fight the creature under the
lake for the grieving woman, kill that blasted dryad in the caverns for the
second leaf (I did at least find the damnable thing, but it killed me), and
find the Dragon in the woods for the third leaf, ------ which is the thing
I'm having most trouble with thus far as I can't find any sort of pathway in
the woods I haven't explored yet, and all the people i've asked just say
it's on the western edge of the forest and give me a link to graphical
maps, ---- so some assistance there would be appreciated indeed.
The combat thing should go better now I've got myself a thunder cutless from
one of the thunder demons, ---- or so I hope anyway.
As I said, I'm timrel on there.

I play on materia magica and have for about 2 years now. I enjoy the game.
As for how to know where to go, much of it is exploring. Also making
friends helps too. smiles As for getting killed a lot. heh u have to learn
which places are for which levels. I am not sure what level you are but I

Hi.
I'm trying out materia magica with the Vip mud client, though
unfortunately due to a crash when i was first researching this, I've lost
all demo abilities and am playing with the slimmed down version.
I was wondering if people had any tips, sinse i find locating npcs and
places a right pain, ---- though there are maps, they're graphical, and I
also constantly seem to get slaughtered, despite putting plenty of
efforts into practicing my sword skill and armor spells (I'm of course a
paladin).
