Well, will just say that lost my sight after a motorcycle accident where a car driver swerved into me just over 4 years ago, and if you check out my tiny, not too up to date website, which I primarily just have to own the domain for a form of email address backup, it'll give you a bit more of a general idea of things...LOL!

I have also ridden a motorbike again twice since then, but only on very much controlled environments, with sighted guys sort of guiding me, using cellphones since do ride alone on the bike, but still reckon, along the lines of mach 1, or rail racer, want to try out some pseudo racing on what they call pit bikes - very small miniature bikes that generally get used for playing around in the pit area of race tracks, but would try set up a form of track demarkated by traffic cones, and would make sighted guys also wear blindfolds, since we've already had other awareness types of events this side where I've made them try simple things like socialising with blind folds on, and also still want to try something like setting up a lan gaming session where we'll just stick to things like topspeed 2, sound RTS, and maybe audio quake, so both types of people could play against each other.

Stay well

Hi Jacob,

Wow, you sure have used a bunch of different programming languages over the years. I know a tiny bit of HTML for my web site, but other than that it has always been one flavor of Basic or another.

I have retinitis pigmentosa and lost my sight slowly. Drove until I was 21 in 1978. Was then legally blind due to tunnel vision. I could still see things pretty well for awhile, but have been totally blind since 1989. There were very few computer games at the time that were accessible, so I started out converting some of the video games that I had written and just keep making accessible games that I want to play.
