Hi, Try pressing CTRL+Alt+Delete when you see the logon screen come up. It could be possible that the setting to press ctrl alt del got set unintentionally, in which case you will see a window telling you to press ctrl alt del to get to the logon screen--a window I have known JAWS to see sometimes as a blank window Munawar A.
