Yeah, I don't know. I hear that Windows 7 comes with sapi 5.3 Anna and my games
were developed for sapi 5.1. It is good that my games can use at least sapi 5.3
Anna. There might be a conflict when trying to switch from sapi 5.3 Anna to a sapi
5.1 voice. I don't know if sapi voices such as the AT&T voices might or might
not work. It could be that sapi scansoft Tom is locked to Window Eyes like all of
the sapi scansoft voices are now locked to Jaws and or other applications that they
come with. Of course this is all just guess work on my part as I can use all
twenty two sapi 5.1 voices on my Windows XP computers.
I wonder what would happen if you go into the control panel and change your
computer's default sapi voice.
