I tend to agree with Darren. I'm a person who appreciates form and fashion just as much as utility. There is no way that I would, assuming I had one, deface my iPod or iPhone with Dymo Tape or any other form of unsightly labeling. A labeled screen protector which is easily removed without leaving residue would work, but never put Dymo Tape or other labeling products on your touch devices. Aside from impeding the touch-mechanisms, your device would definitely not net the sexiest device award.

It's no big deal remembering layouts and such. I'd much rather take the effort to memorize an on screen layout than to devalue my device with unnecessary markings. It's for this reason that my microwave isn't labeled, nor is my coffee machine, nor any other bit of electronics I have.

Kai

WE are talking about buttons on a touch screen device. I would never never
never! Put something like dimo tape or any thing sticky on my iPod touch.
Besides, there's no need for tactical markings once you've figured out where the buttons are on the screen. Unless you have used an iPod touch or iPhone
you wouldn't understand. If you have an apple store near you I would
recommend checking one out.....

It wouldn't be hard to right on the buttons in brail. All you have to do is
get a sited person, he or she could tell you where you have to place the
brail strip of paper, like those dimo tapes which have letters around and a
trigger at the end, then you just place the brail where ever you want! You
don't even need to pay.

In This case Trouble I would think it would just be a matter of
labling said buttons as voice over can tell that they are indeed
buttons. I can't see why they wouldn't be open for a simple text lable
or something....

Well as far as the money goes. That would depend on the type of
controls they used in the game. Apple does have accessible controls
for use with voiceover. But if they used custom controls. then it
would be a total rewrite of the program, and that would cost money.

The problem with soul trapper is the buttons are not label so it would
be hard for me to play. I contact the developer and they told me that
they don't have the money to make it work with voice over.
See that is why I did ask last week for everyone to get with me and
contact these developers for the games on the iphone and let them know
that it don't take money to make these games accessible.
