Hello Amanda, Yes, Mysteries of the Ancients is a game, and I am the lead developer for that project. Its a comercial product, expected to cost $35.00 USD when finished, and it is currently in beta stage. That means that the demo we have is a test build, is buggy, and is only a sample of what the final product will be like.
