The first time you run the game, it might take a minute to start up. A few people have told me that. If it took, longer than you expected, to start up, you may have started pressing keys and it ended up being shoved to the background when it finally loaded. I suggest checking your task list to see if it is there. If it's running already, trying to run it again won't work.
