Materiamagica I have tried, but the way you could level yourself past doing
marks just got too irritating I foun, epsecially for someone like me who
enjoys a lot of wandering to see what their is, and the necessary battling
mosnters that goes with that.
It took me four attempts just to get most of the stuff from the newbie area,
and when i finished that, I looked around the forest for marks, but found
that in my looking I'd got past level 20 and so made myself ellegeable for a
couple.
This I didn't appreciate at all, indeed it seemed that in mm either you had
to play with a wiki and spoiler list open, or wander around and just hope to
find stuff while you were still elegeable for it, neither of which as a
questing sort of player appealed to me at all.
Diskworld and ardwolf I haven't tried.

Hi. Yeah it sounds to me then that aardwolf might be your preference or
materia magica. Discworld has quests too but they can be a bit more
harder to find.

The odd thing is, I love quests and exploration, and fights in line of
that.
To be told to go and kill an evil wizard, or slay a hole bunch of orcs,
then
wade out and do it is really my thing, in fact sinse I do a tabletop rp
game
each week I always find online rp somewhat flat by comparison, which is
why,
though I've known about federation 2 for quite a long while I've never
really been tempted by the game.
I suppose ultimately it's just that if I had enough site, I wouldn't be
playing multiplayer rpgs at all! I'd be playing single player ones, sinse
for me the hole online with other people element is sort of an
afterthought, ---- yes, I'll say hi to people, maybe trade, and maybe drop
a
heal spell, but I'm not really keen on actually grouping, and I actively
dislike pvp.
Because of this preference for single player story and questing though, i
might not necessarily have the most coherent attitude in mud terms :D.
