i must admit I'm the other way around. windows 7 with it's "lets chuck everyting at the screen" approach i find just plane annoying. On the iphone however, an interface which would be less than fun to navigate with standard screen reader controls changes very much when it's a touch screen. For me, it's sort of a similar mentality to reading or scanning stuff in braille, just much quicker, and I like the fact that I can for instance just tap physical areas of the screen to get info, which also ties in far better with my remaining site than having to do everything with a screen reader, sinse if I know! the menue button is on the right of the white bar I can tap that.

Thus, if I must upgrade and can't stick with xp, I'll probably wait for a touch screen pc interface.
